Boratas Mobile crushing & screening machines provide the operator with a high-tech control cabin system which makes it super easy to monetize the process and control different parts. These intelligent control cabins are connected to the whole machine via the electric panel and contain Touch LCD screens in order to provide a user-friendly experience.
They are plenty of data shown on the screen such as the overall performance of the machine and different parts condition which is really important for analyzing the process. Also, the operator can check the oil level easily through this system which is much more convenient and accurate than the older traditional ways. We can check the Voltage running through each part by the applied Ammeter on the cabin, as well as the general Voltage providing by the generator.
Also, the operator can control and adjust all parts via the control panel, such as the performance and speed of Conveyor Belts, Hydraulics, and Cooling System as well as turn-on/turn-off function. Also, there’s a test performing function applied that can be used before loading the product. We can adjust and change the Feeder speed according to the loading amount which is shown by the percentage of the capacity on the Cabin LCD. The using energy by the Hydraulic pistons can be tweaked by voltage. We can switch on/off the lighting system for low light conditions and the wet processing for dust reduction. We Can set an alarm for auto-performing/stopping which can be time-saving for the operators.
They are safety features considered on the control cabin as well; There are Emergency-stop buttons applied on the cabin which can cut off the performing of the generator and electric panel separately at once as pushed when is needed. The intelligent system gives Service-Required awareness whenever a problem found in any parts, which is really cost-efficient and prevents any serious possible damage to the machine.
In general, we can adjust any settings so easily via a single Control Cabin for all parts of the machine. We can do it in Manual mode in order to adjust each part separately and also, we can use the Auto mode.
